How far in advance should I book?
In the case of reserving for persons with disabilities, or for tours, booking a minimum of two days in advance is recommended. In order to guarantee that you have a place and that all of your requirements can be met, the earlier you book, the better. For regular transfers, this is also helpful in ensuring availability.
What is a airport transfer / transportation services “round trip”?
This means round trip travel on two different dates. If you check this option on our booking form, it signifies that you plan to return on another day and you are entitled to a discount for booking transport “round trip”.
The exceptions to this are rides on the same day in both directions, i.e. Wieliczka, Tychy or a drive to the Auschwitz Museum. Prices in this case will be set at our standard fare.
